Birthday Parties at the Library

If you've ever thrown a birthday party for a child at
your house,then you know how much work it can be.
Let the Friends of the Library help you!

The Friends will be hosting birthday parties on Saturday mornings
from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. October - April for a nominal fee.
Parties are geared toward kids ages 4 to 10.

Volunteers will help you chose a theme appropriate for your child.
Volunteers can read stories from selected material,
put on a puppet show, run a game, or do a craft project related
to the party theme. That's all in the first hour!

The second hour is yours to structure according to you
and your child's wishes : cake, ice cream, a pinata,
opening presents or just plain unstructured fun!

to a clean house, just the way you left it!
